Shipping policy

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing on in stock items. (Pre Order and made-to-order signs are excluded.) Orders are delivered between 2-5 business days within the continental US. (If your order has not shipped within 2 business days, then we are waiting for a shipment and will ship your items as soon as they arrive to our warehouse.)

We offer Free Shipping on orders of $150 or more. *Exclusions apply.

We ship direct from our warehouse. We do not use any fulfilment companies or 3rd parties to ship orders.

Southern Homestead Mercantile is not responsible for items lost or stolen packages while in transit or upon delivery. Please track your items once you receive a tracking number to ensure safe delivery.
