To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- With original tags still attached (if tags are present)
- In its original packaging
- Returns are for store credit only and your credit never expires.
You’ll also need the order number to process your return request.
If your return item is received without the original tags still attached, your refund will not be approved. You will be issued store credit for 50% of the amount of your order minus return shipping in the form of an e-gift card that will be emailed to you.

Product Care: For Coated Canvas Bags
- Please avoid contact with dyed or dark fabrics and materials to prevent color transfer. Dark colored jeans can cause staining on canvas. If crocking should occur, immediately wipe with a "Magic Eraser" type cleaning product. Otherwise, dye crocking is permanent.
This bag is perfection, holds my laptop, iPad, notebooks, planners, wallet, iPhone, water bottle and other odds and ends.
The straps are very sturdy and wipes clean easily. I’m very hard on bags and the straps usually tear or the zippers tear up. I’ve been carrying this daily for 2 months and it has stood the test!! Will definitely purchase again.

This is the first bag I’ve ever owned that my husband has actually commented on. His words, “That bag is bad ass.” 😂 It’s a great, roomy bag without being a cavernous pit. The pockets are useful and hold my large phone. I like the leather strap but added my own to it. The material seems like it will hold up well. I like the brass accents. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

I am what you call a Handbag “Snob”. Yes I have paid exuberant amounts for the “It” bags, but end up never being satisfied and looking for a new bag within a couple of months. Well, I spotted this bag on my Niece(looked so cute on her) at a family dinner and I knew it would be perfect for my daily bag. I received the bag in a little over a week(I would pay extra for faster shipping) and man, this bag did not disappoint. It’s perfect to carry all of my work essentials and also when I have my grand-babies with all of their supplies. I have not changed out of, or been looking for another bag since I received it.
